Patricia Highsmith is a tertiary character of Second Eruption. She was an A-Rank Valkyrie of Schicksal and a double agent for Anti-Entropy.

Appearance

Patricia has light-gray hair and purple eyes. She wears a black jacket with a white shirt, a brown belt, black jeans and brown boots.

In her past, Patricia used to have shorter hair and wore a black and yellow jacket with a white shirt, a black glove on her right hand and a yellow one on her right hand, yellow belts, blue jeans and blue and yellow shoes.

Personality

Patricia is confident and calm, not showing signs of fear whenever she meets an enemy. However, she takes her occupation seriously. She is also selfless, spending her last moments to save other Valkyries who were desperately trying to get away.

In her past, Patricia used to be alcoholic and was more cheerful, but still was cautious in her surroundings nonetheless.

Manga Story

Second Eruption

Patricia meets up with Theresa Apocalypse and gets ready to enter and investigate the Tower of Babylon with her after all the laboratory staff were killed. She didn't find any clues about the incident, but had a crew review the footage of the incident frame by frame and discover a mysterious noise. Patricia then talks about noticing a figure in the footage looking like a ghost, which frightens Theresa.

After further looking into the reactor of the tower, Patricia decides to investigate it despite her lack of access to its monitoring with Theresa, due to the high amount of Honkai energy in it. In the reactor, Patricia finds a Honkai residue, and while she doubts about a leak in the reactor, Patricia and Theresa decide to run a scan of the area, until they suddenly hear a human girl voice screaming for help, which further scares Theresa.

As they enter the place where they heard the scream, Patricia reassures Theresa after she gets scared because she saw a hand out of a cell by telling her that it's a hand from a human girl. While Theresa frees the girls from their cells, Patricia reminds Theresa that her action is a major violation and those girls shouldn't be turned loose due to them being injected with Honkai, in which she receives an answer about a plan of Theresa which is to build a high school called "St. Freya" in an island at the Far East to welcome and teach girls with Honkai resistance about becoming a Valkyrie. Patricia doesn't object her decision, and obeys to it as she was ordered to avoid getting in her way.

While Patricia further investigates the reactor and discovers more Honkai residues in cells, she notices one of the prisoned girls called Sirin getting closer to the reactor, and after Sirin notices her in return, Patricia gets ready to fight her and equips her weapons "M134 Vulcans", which are 2 miniguns that are able to fire bullets imbued with Honkai at a fast rate. As soon as the fight starts after Sirin's monologue, Patricia shoots her weapons, but suddenly notices a spatial distortion, and disappears mysteriously, leaving blood traces and her weapons on the ground.

Later on, Patricia is seen walking alone outside, heavily wounded due to an arm loss, until she is found and carried by Welt Yang, who asks her about Sirin's whereabouts, in which Patricia answers and asks him to save her friends in Schicksal.

Afterwards, Patricia is seen once again under a MIA status, contemplating the Tower of Babylon, but notices a ship flying above the tower.

Soon after, as Shub-Niggurath and Salome Jokanaan, two A-Rank Valkyries of Schicksal, try to escape the Tower of Babylon with unarmed convoy vehicles but are blocked by Honkai Beasts, Patricia spends her last moments using one of her broken M134 Vulcans to fire and kill the Honkai Beasts in order to allow Niggurath and Salome to escape. While the two Valkyries escape, Patricia encourages them to keep driving while not looking back and signs off from her position, before getting pierced from the back by a Templar-Class Beast.
